Inclusively is partnering with a pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation to hire a Warehouse Manager.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assure compliance with all Import/Export functions required for US Customs.
  • Maintain C-TPAT requirements for security and regulatory requirements for handling Imports.
  • Comply with all departmental Level III documents (SOPs) by following detailed written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks.
  • Responsible for paperwork reconciliation for import/exports and hazmat shipments.
  • Manage department commitments and change controls.
  • Responsible for equipment decommissions and new equipment enrollment.
  • Responsible for risk assessments requiring warehouse support.
  • Participate in internal and external audits through tours and post audit activities.
  • Maintain current shipping / receiving and warehouse operational area policies and SOP’s. Create / update site policies and SOPs to reflect changes in department, site, corporate or government regulations. Assure new / current policies and SOPs are created / updated to reflect the current state of operations in the Warehouse operational areas. Review for accuracy and compliance and approve new or revised SOP’s.
  • Responsible for implementing and managing self- audit program for the warehouse areas.
  • Involved in new material enrollment process for warehouse activities including identifying capacity constraints and hazmat storage requirements.
  • Team member on warehouse capacity modeling and inventory management.
  • Comply with all OSHA, corporate, site, department, and task related safety requirements
  • Provide SME support for all investigations/ events that involve Supply Chain/Warehouse/Logistics.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of procedures by performing tasks and duties and maintaining detailed records in a manner compliant with cGMP requirements.
  • Perform all the tasks outlined in this Job Description and other duties, as assigned, in compliance with cGMP requirements and written procedures.
  • Complete all relevant training prior to independent performance of GMP tasks
  • Interactions with FDA, MHRA, and other external regulatory agencies during external audits and inquires

QUALIFICATIONS

Must Have

  • HS or GED with 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory management role or equivalent OR
  • Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration with 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory management role or equivalent OR
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration with 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory management role or equivalent OR
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration with 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management role or equivalent OR
  • PhD in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration with 0-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management role or equivalent
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in the receiving of materials and sampling of raw materials and components in a cGMP and heavily regulated environment.
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent inventory management system required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of operational excellence and continuous improvement principles as applied to supply chain and manufacturing operations principles.
  • Demonstrated interaction with regulatory agencies required.
  • Must be able to demonstrate technical knowledge of shipping and receiving in a highly regulated industry that serves both the US and international markets.
  • Supervisory experience in shipping / receiving /inventory control, material inspection, and sampling

Nice to Have

  • Experience in pharmaceutical environment
  • Some formal experience in quality assurance including auditing and record review.
  • Experience in warehouse start-up or significant change management

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Lifting, sitting, standing, walking, bending, ability to perform mathematical calculations and ability to perform complex data analysis.

  • Ability to work flexible hours (shift, overtime)
